Product works like a charm for our dog. It doesn't always feel cool when it arrives, which could be improved upon since the cost of the shipping is high because it needs to be kept cool.

Although my initial ordering experience and review (on 7/2/25) were very favorable (and are still valid), re-ordering the med. was unnecessarily cumbersome, mainly because the company offers no option to talk to a person when inquiry responses by their AI bot are insufficient and/or confusing. Additionally, citing short product expiration dates (though the 3-vials I received all had expiration dates into 2027), they now decline to ship only a 3-month supply of the medication which, because of the $50 cost for mandatory refrigerated shipping, is not a negligible cost. If I knew of a better option for obtaining the medication, I'd certainly give it a try.

I have used Immunocidin to successfully treat now two cats with bladder cancer (TCC) with absolutely no side effects. In addition, it is safe, with multiple routes of administration that can conform to the individual animal & its situation. So, no specialists- any vet can easily administer it (unlike chemo) and it is affordable. NovaVive is an amazing company that truly cares about animals & their owners - I am so grateful to have found them & tell everyone I know who is impacted by cancer in their animal- cat, dog, horse, etc.
