Help protect your pet from pesky pests with Iverhart Max Soft Chews. These soft chews are formulated to help prevent heartworm disease and can also help treat and control the other three most common worms—roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms. This broad-spectrum medication helps to provide safe and effective year-round protection when given monthly and is intended for dogs 8 weeks or older weighing 6 to 12 pounds. To top it all off, it has a drool-worthy bacon flavor that your dog will love.

Uses
Used to prevent heartworm disease by eliminating the tissue stage of heartworm larvae for a month (30 days) after infection and for the treatment and control of roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms.

Precautions

All pets should be tested for existing heartworm infection before starting treatment, which is not effective against adult heartworm. Infected pets must be treated to remove adult heartworms and microfilariae before initiating a program with this medication. While some microfilariae may be killed, this medication is not effective for microfilariae clearance. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of ingestion, contact your physician immediately. Physicians may contact a Poison Control Center. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children.
