Has been life changing for my dogs.
Although my initial ordering experience and review (on 7/2/25) were very favorable (and are still valid), re-ordering the med. was unnecessarily cumbersome, mainly because the company offers no option to talk to a person when inquiry responses by their AI bot are insufficient and/or confusing. Additionally, citing short product expiration dates (though the 3-vials I received all had expiration dates into 2027), they now decline to ship only a 3-month supply of the medication which, because of the $50 cost for mandatory refrigerated shipping, is not a negligible cost. If I knew of a better option for obtaining the medication, I’d certainly give it a try.

The cost of the medication was 35% less than had I purchased it from my vet. Anyone can easily learn how to give Librela subcutaneously into the scruff of their dog’s neck.
