Prescription Items
Due to state and federal regulations, 1Family 1Health Pharmacy cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications. This applies to all prescription products, including unopened items, as pharmacies are prohibited from reselling them.
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products
Unopened, non–temperature-sensitive OTC products may be eligible for return within 15 days of the original purchase.
All returns require prior authorization from 1Family 1Health Pharmacy before being sent back.
Returns received without prior approval will not be eligible for credit or refund.
Shipping & Processing:
The client is responsible for return shipping costs.
A return shipping label will be sent to the email address on file.
Once the product is received in its original, unopened condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus the return shipping cost.

Order Fulfillment Limitation
If 1Family 1Health Pharmacy is unable to supply or ship a product due to availability, regulatory, or logistical constraints, no cancellation fees or additional charges will be assessed. Any payments made for the unavailable item will be refunded in full to the original form of payment.
Pet Nutrition Therapeutic & Wellness Diets:
If you are not satisfied due to quality, consistency, or palatability, please contact us to request a credit evaluation.
Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible non-prescription items are typically processed within 24–48 hours of approval.
Financial institutions may take 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
Important:
Orders older than 15 days are not eligible for refunds.
In such cases, store credit will be issued.
Store credit expires 1 year from the date of issuance.
Cancellation Policy
All orders are processed promptly through secure systems and operational workflows that incur non-recoverable costs. As a result, the following policy applies:
Orders may be canceled within 2 days of placement (until 11:59 PM EST on the second working day) with no cancellation fee.
Order cancellations requested outside the 2 day time frame, will incur a 10% cancellation fee. This fee will not apply if the cancellation is due to an error or fault on our part. If the refund is issued as store credit, the 10% cancellation fee will be waived. Store credit expires 1 year from the issue date.
Shipped Orders & Refusals
Orders canceled after shipment will be treated as returns and are subject to all applicable return fees and procedures.
Orders refused at delivery will incur all applicable fees, including:
