1Family 1Health Pharmacy is unable to take returns or offer refunds on prescription products due to state and federal laws prohibiting pharmacies, including those providing home delivery, to resell prescription products, even if unopened.
Over The Counter Products:
Certain unopened OTC products may be returned to 1Family 1Health Pharmacy for credit if they are not temperature sensitive and are returned within 30 days of the original sale. All returns must be pre-approved by 1Family 1Health Pharmacy before return authorization and credit can be issued.

Therapeutic and Wellness Diets: If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase due to quality, consistency or palatability please Contact Us, to facilitate credit.
Refunds for non-prescription items are generally processed within 24-48 hours of the request. It generally takes 3-5 business days for funds to be credited to your account, though the exact amount of time is determined by your financial institution.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will not be assessed a cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation, and other applicable fees.
